Rolling Shutters Series 100

The Series 50 industrial shutter is a custom made interlocking rolled form slat which is held together by nylon clips at every 2nd slat. This is suited to openings where head room is limited.

Description

Size Range

  • Motor or chain operation, shutters are available up to 5000cm H x 5000cm W.
  • Guide sizes available in 50mm, 65mm and 75mm wide.
  • Slotting and perforations for ventilation in 0.8mm material are available for door sizes up to 3000cm H x 6000cm W.

Wicket Door – For Personal Entry

  • Size Single Series III shutters can be manufactured up to a width of 9.0M wide x 4.0M high. Larger openings can be fitted with multiple doors with a combination of standard or corner mullions.

  • Available in the Dulux powder coated range, as well as 2Pak polyurethane paint.

Locking

  • Standard locking is by way of lockable chain cleat with option for slide bolts on bottom rail. Locking is not available on doors with a motor.

  • Hand balanced doors, 240V, 3PH 415V motors and reduction chain hoist available.

The Series 100 industrial shutter is a custom made interlocking rolled form slat which is held together by nylon clips at every 2nd slat. On large oversize doors cast steel clips may be used.
A more economical roller shutter due to the lesser amount of slats than the 75mm version, however the strength is still to the general market standard.

  • Supplied with a night latch or lever handle for doors to comply with council regulations which will come with a 10mm flat bar on the bottom rail.
  • Minimum door height and width is 3000cm H x 3000cm W for the wicket gate to work reasonably well.
